Mangalam Cement net profit declines 51.11% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales decline 9.90% to Rs 181.03 crore

Net profit of Mangalam Cement declined 51.11% to Rs 8.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 18.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 9.90% to Rs 181.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 200.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit rose 38.19% to Rs 77.37 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 55.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 12.30% to Rs 698.69 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 622.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
