Manpasand Beverages tanks after company secretary resigns

Manpasand Beverages hit a lower-circuit of 5% at Rs 11.65, following the resignation of the company secretary.

The beverage firm informed that its company secretary and compliance officer, Shailika Soni, resigned due to personal reasons as on 10 September 2019. The announcement was made during trading hours today, 17 September 2019.

Shares of Manpasand Beverages plunged 29.17% in seven trading sessions to its current market price of Rs 11.65, from a recent closing high of Rs 16.45 on 5 September 2019.

On BSE, 5,376 shares were traded in Manpasand Beverages counter, compared to a 2-week average of 1.38 lakh shares. The stock was currently at its 52-week low levels. It hit a 52-week high of Rs 139 on 17 September 2018.

Manpasand Beverages is engaged in the business of manufacturing of fruit juices in the beverages segment. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing of fruit drink products with a primary focus on mango fruit. The company also offers mango-based fruit drink under the Mango Sip brand.
