Max Healthcare Institute allots 20,937 equity shares under ESOP

Max Healthcare Institute has allotted 20,937 equity shares under ESOP on 11 April 2022.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 969,61,34,550 consisting 96,96,13,455 equity shares of INR 10 each fully paid-up to INR 969,63,43,920 consisting 96,96,34,392 equity shares of INR 10 each fully paid-up.
