Metroglobal net profit declines 63.22% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 122.43% to Rs 101.54 crore

Net profit of Metroglobal declined 63.22% to Rs 2.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 6.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 122.43% to Rs 101.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 45.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 6.69% to Rs 22.96 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 21.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 38.27% to Rs 271.98 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 196.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
