Mideast Integrated Steels reports net profit of Rs 45.06 crore in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 67.16% to Rs 271.94 crore

Net profit of Mideast Integrated Steels reported to Rs 45.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 0.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 67.16% to Rs 271.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 162.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 17.25% to Rs 116.22 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 140.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 18.33% to Rs 862.40 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 728.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
