With effect from 09 April 2016
MMTC announced that the following Directors on the Board of MMTC completed their tenure as Non-official Part Time (Independent) Directors on 09 April 2016 in accordance with Order dated 10 April 2013 of Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry:
1. Dr. Subas Pani
2. Rana Som
3. N. Bala Baskar
4. S. R. Tayal
It may be mentioned that the Company was expecting communication from the Administrative Ministry regarding the extension of their tenure or otherwise beyond the above date. However, no such Communication has been received so far.
