Money Matters Financial Services appoints managing director

The board of Money Matters Financial Services in its meeting on 12 April 2013 has appointed P H Ravikumar as managing director of the company.

Further, the board has accepted resignation of Rajesh Sharma as chairman and managing director of the company. He will continue as an ordinary director on the board of the company.
