Morarjee Textiles standalone net profit rises 61.19% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 15.46% to Rs 78.93 crore

Net profit of Morarjee Textiles rose 61.19% to Rs 2.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 1.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 15.46% to Rs 78.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 93.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 26.50% to Rs 20.72 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 28.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 6.81% to Rs 365.23 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 391.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
