Motherson Sumi Systems has appointed Naveen Ganzu as Independent Director on the Board w.e.f. 14 October 2015.Further, Ganzu has appointed as an Additional Directors u/s 161(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and would hold the office till the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
