Under Global Medium Term Note Programme
Muthoot Finance announced that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has today approved the issuance, allotment and settlement of USD 450 million 6.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 under the USD 2 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme pursuant to Regulation 144A / Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933, as amended and in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.The Notes will be listed on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market.
