National General Industries announced that Ashok Kumar Mehandiratta has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company.Further the Company has informed that, Ashok Kumar Mehandiratta shall be acting as Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Vasu Modi, Director of the Company.
