NCLT approves resolution plan for CIRP of Syncom Healthcare

Syncom Healthcare announced that a resolution plan submitted by Dr Bharat Agarwal in consortium with Theta Labs (resolution applicant) which was filed with the NCLT after receiving the requisite voting majority by the Committee of Creditors, has been approved by the NCLT vide order dated 14 June 2021.
