Nectar Lifescience standalone net profit declines 57.21% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 12.10% to Rs 474.69 crore

Net profit of Nectar Lifescience declined 57.21% to Rs 7.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 16.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 12.10% to Rs 474.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 423.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 10.53% to Rs 59.28 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 66.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 2.03% to Rs 1676.32 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1642.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
