Nelcast standalone net profit rises 32.24% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 2.41% to Rs 132.63 crore

Net profit of Nelcast rose 32.24% to Rs 8.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 6.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.41% to Rs 132.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 129.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 6.62% to Rs 33.98 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 31.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.47% to Rs 574.56 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 560.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
