NELCO reports consolidated net profit of Rs 1.87 crore in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 3.37% to Rs 35.53 crore

Net profit of NELCO reported to Rs 1.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 2.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 3.37% to Rs 35.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 36.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 6.18 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 1.94 crore during the previous year ended September 2014. Sales rose 53.93% to Rs 206.34 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 134.05 crore during the previous year ended September 2014.
