Nestle India announced that the Company has fixed 09 December 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the third interim dividend for the year 2014, if any declared by the Board of Directors of the Company on December 03, 2014.Further the Company has informed that, the third interim dividend for 2014, if any declared, would be paid on and from 22 December 2014.
