NHPC announced that the Comptroller and Auditor General of INDIA(C&AG) in exercise of its power under Section-139(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 vide their Letter dated 24 July 2014 has appointed the following four firms of Chartered Accountants as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2014-15 -S N Nanda and Co., Ray and Ray, Gupta Gupta and Associates and S N Dhawan and Co.
