NHPC Ltd has added 7.66% over last one month compared to 1.23% gain in S&P BSE Utilities index and 1.79% rise in the SENSEX
NHPC Ltd rose 7.2% today to trade at Rs 25.3. The S&P BSE Utilities index is up 1.02% to quote at 1935.54. The index is up 1.23 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, SJVN Ltd increased 3.89% and Gujarat Industries Power Co Ltd added 1.44% on the day. The S&P BSE Utilities index went down 4.5 % over last one year compared to the 13.09% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
NHPC Ltd has added 7.66% over last one month compared to 1.23% gain in S&P BSE Utilities index and 1.79% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 3.04 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 1.79 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 27.5 on 14 Nov 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 21.75 on 16 May 2019.
