Turnover on NSE's F&O segment increases
The Nifty June 2018 futures traded at 10606.50, a discount of 22 points compared with the Nifty's spot closing of 10628.50 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment increased to Rs 6.43 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 5.12 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index fell 67.70 points or 0.63% to settle at 10,628.50.
HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries and Yes Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. HDFC Bank June 2018 futures traded at 2034.50, at a discount over spot closing price of 2045. Reliance Industries June 2018 futures traded at 937, at a discount over spot closing price of 941.50. Yes Bank June 2018 futures traded at 343.65, at a premium over spot closing price of 343
The June 2018 F&O contracts will expire on 28 June 2018.
