ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank most active futures contracts
The Nifty November 2018 futures traded at 10623, a premium of 6.30 points from the Nifty's closing of 10616.70 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment was reported at Rs 15.60 lakh crore, higher than Rs 10 lakh crore reported in the previous trading session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index rose 40.40 points or 0.38% to settle at 10,616.70.
ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. ICICI Bank November 2018 futures traded at 369.80, at a discount over closing price of 369.75. Axis Bank November 2018 futures traded at 624.70, at a discount over closing price of 623.95. Yes Bank November 2018 futures traded at 206.60, at a discount over closing price of 205.90.
The November 2018 F&O contracts expire on 29 November 2018.
