On conversion of warrants
Niraj Cement Structurals announced that the Company on 11 May 2017 has made allotment of 30,62,500 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each (with a premium of Rs 6 per share) on conversion of warrants.Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 14.85 crore comprising of 1,48,55,300 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. Subsequent to this allotment, the shareholding of the Promoter & Promoter Group has decreased to 21.82% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
