Nutraplus India announced that the allotment committee meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 08 December 2015, allotted 2,89,300 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 234 on preferential basis to Non-Promoters.Pursuant to the above allotment of shares, the paid up equity shares capital stands increased to Rs 12,25,26,480.
