Oberoi Realty consolidated net profit declines 37.34% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 33.58% to Rs 224.89 crore

Net profit of Oberoi Realty declined 37.34% to Rs 64.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 103.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 33.58% to Rs 224.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 338.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 34.31% to Rs 425.91 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 317.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 53.66% to Rs 1399.71 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 910.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
