Oberoi Realty standalone net profit rises 43.90% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 21.52% to Rs 169.84 crore

Net profit of Oberoi Realty rose 43.90% to Rs 112.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 77.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 21.52% to Rs 169.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 216.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 56.01% to Rs 475.47 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 304.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 69.46% to Rs 1173.60 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 692.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
