Oil Country Tubular net profit rises 6395.65% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 30.63% to Rs 51.91 crore

Net profit of Oil Country Tubular rose 6395.65% to Rs 14.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 30.63% to Rs 51.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 74.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 71.01% to Rs 10.42 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 35.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 35.45% to Rs 297.94 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 461.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
