Naresh Waghchaude - Additional and Independent Director
Pansari, Director of the Company has been appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from 23 July 2015.
Further, informed that following Directors of the Company have resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 25 July 2015
Anurag Pansari - Managing Director
Vijay Patel - Independent Director
Balkrishna Ukalikar - Independent Director
