For cooperation in Russia's Offshore arctic
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation announced that Rosneft and ONGC Videsh have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation in subsurface survey, exploration, appraisal and hydrocarbon production in Russia's offshore arctic.Currently, ONGC Videsh and Rosneft are partners in the Sakhalin-I oil & gas project in the Russian Federation.
