Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals CDR proposal approved

Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 March 2014, has accepted the Letter of Approval (LOA) dated 10 March 2014 issued by Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered Group (CDR EG) approving the corporate debt restructuring proposal submitted by the Company.
