Orient Bell standalone net profit rises 22.39% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 1.47% to Rs 206.80 crore

Net profit of Orient Bell rose 22.39% to Rs 4.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 1.47% to Rs 206.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 209.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 71.43% to Rs 11.04 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 6.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 6.91% to Rs 653.40 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 701.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
