Orient Refractories consolidated net profit rises 32.56% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 19.67% to Rs 407.34 crore

Net profit of Orient Refractories rose 32.56% to Rs 42.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 32.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 19.67% to Rs 407.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 340.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 0.54% to Rs 136.62 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 135.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 1.24% to Rs 1370.38 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1387.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
