Orient Refractories standalone net profit rises 54.53% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 41.11% to Rs 178.86 crore

Net profit of Orient Refractories rose 54.53% to Rs 27.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 17.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 41.11% to Rs 178.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 126.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 24.55% to Rs 85.83 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 68.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 20.68% to Rs 626.79 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 519.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
