Sales decline 9.33% to Rs 68.52 crore

Net profit of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals declined 22.80% to Rs 12.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 15.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 9.33% to Rs 68.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 75.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 3.25% to Rs 52.99 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 51.32 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 3.84% to Rs 271.29 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 282.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
