Oriental Carbon & Chemicals standalone net profit rises 45.77% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 9.42% to Rs 89.82 crore

Net profit of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals rose 45.77% to Rs 14.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 9.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 9.42% to Rs 89.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 82.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 4.76% to Rs 56.75 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 54.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 10.36% to Rs 328.23 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 297.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
