Oswal Agro Mills announced that Anuj Sharma has appointed as an additional director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 27 June 2014.Further, the Company informed that Sunil Kumar Kulshrestha has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. 25 June 2014. The matter was considered by the Board in its meeting held on 27 June 2014.
