Allahabad Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 04 December 2015, inter alia, has decided and approved to float Request for Proposal (RFP) for appointment of consultant for advising and undertaking redrafting of existing Shareholders Agreement forming Insurance Joint Venture of Bank namely Universal Sompo General Insurance Company so as to align the same with amended Indian Insurance Laws and also advising on partial/complete disinvestment of Allahabad Bank's stake in the said insurance joint venture.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
