Anjani Portland Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2014, inter alia, have considered the following items:1. Co-Option of Geetha Muthiah, B Ramesh, V Subramanian and P Gopal as Additional directors of the Company.
2. Taking on record the resignation of R A Rama Raju, P V Subba Rao, Parankusam Srinivas Ranganath and P Ramachandra Raju as Directors of the Company.
