Banas Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 July 2016, at 04:30 P.M and the Board discussed and approved the following:1. Appointment of M/S. P.D. Pandya & Associates for conducting Secretarial Audit under section 204 of the companies act, 2013 for the year 2015-2016.
2. Appointment of M/S. A. M. Gohel & co., as Internal Auditor of the Company pursuant to section 138 of the companies act, 2013.
