Recommended for ratification of appointment M/s. Satyanarayana & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office upto the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting.
2. Recommended the appointment of Lakshmi Gurram who was appointed as an Additional Director as Director of the Company.
