Dhanuka Commercial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 July 2015, inter alia, has:-1. Approved the Director's Report on the Audit Financial statements of the Company for the year ended on 31 March 2015.
2. Approved the Appointment of Sanjeev Mittal, who retires by rotation subject to the approval of members in the AGM.
3. Approved the ratification of the appointment of Statutory Auditors, M/s. DSP Associates Chartered Accountants, subject to the approval of the members in the AGM;
4. Approved the Re-appointment of Mukesh Bansal as an Independent director for the 5 years not liable to retire by rotation as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and subject to the approval of members in the AGM; and
5. Approved to convene 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company on 07 August 2015.
