Gandhidham Spg. & Mfg. Co. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :- Scheme of Arrangement providing for:
(a) re-organization of share capital of the Company and
(b) delisting of the equity shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange.
