GPT Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares and / or other securities up to Rs 75 crore.
The Board has passed a resolution to raise funds by way of issue of equity shares and / or other securities up to Rs. 75 crore subject to approval of Shareholders by way of special resolution through postal Ballot.
2. Interim dividend declaration
The Board of Directors, at the same meeting, has also declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 10% (Rs. 1.00 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs. 10/- face value) of the Company, for the financial year 2016-17.
