Gujarat Foils announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2016, inter alia, has approved the following business:1. Pursuant to Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30 of the Listing Agreement, the Company has appointed Satish Chandra Gupta as Additional Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 28 April 2016.
2. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Agreement, Jagjit Padgaonkar has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 28 April 2016.
3. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Agreement, Jitendra Jain was appointed as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
