The Board of Directors of IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company at its meeting held on 18 March 2014 resolved to fix the price of the equity shares proposed to be issued under the rights issue at a later date.Consequently, the price for issue of equity shares on rights basis fixed on 09 October 2013 stands cancelled.
