Impex Ferro Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 July 2014, has decided to pass the following resolutions through Postal Ballot :1. Special Resolution pursuant to Section 180(1)(a) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 for Creation of Charge/Mortgage on Company's properties.
2. Special Resolution pursuant to Section 180(1)(c) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 for Increase in the Borrowing Powers of the Company.
