Outcome of board meeting of Jayaswal Neco Industries

Jayaswal Neco Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting has approved the appointment of Ashutosh Mishra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 30 April 2014 in place of A D Karajgaonkar, who ceases to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on account of superannuation.

The Board also noted that IDBI Bank has withdrawn the nomination of S K Sachdev, General Manager and appointed of Rakesh Awasthi, General Manager as its Nominee in his place with effect from 26 March 2014.
