Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2015 transacted the following -Appointed S Krishnan, CFO of the Company as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 22 January 2015.
Approved the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement of Competent Hotels, Divine Heritage Hotels and Holiday on Hills (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), with the Company and their shareholders and creditors.
