The Board of Medinova Diagnostic Services at its meeting held on 18 March 2014 has considered and approved the sale of Medinova Diagnostic Services Centre of the company situated at No.55, Infantry Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore - 560001, as a going concern, on slump sale basis together with all its assets and liabilities relating to the centre excluding the use of the Medinova brand name, to M/s.
