Omaxe announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2015, inter alia, has considered / approved the following matter:1. The Board considered and approved reconstitution of Registration Committee of the Board.
2. The Board considered and approved the sale of investment made in subsidiaries (Non-material) i.e. Finishing Touch Properties and Landlord Developers.
3. The Board noted credit rating for Fixed Deposit Programme upto an aggregate amount of Rs. 200 crore.
4. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Secretarial auditor(s).
