Pneumatic Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016 inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, G. K. Rao has been co-opted as an Additional Director (in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director) with effect from 24 May 2016 till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Interim Dividend of 90% (i.e. Rs. 9/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2015-16, paid on 30 March 2016, shall be considered as Final Dividend.
