Premier Chennai Properties announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 September 2014, has took on record resignations of Manoj Jain and CS Karishma Shah as the Director and the Company Secretary of the Company, respectively.Further, the Board at the said meeting also appointed Rajan Singh as Independent Director of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
